We advice all NOT to take the resumption notice for granted, prevent

    I still find it hard to believe.call me Thomas I dnt care but we still need to know what will happen to students that didn't write their exams before the and after the strike.until then my fingers are stil crossed.

    Nnamdi Azikiwe University. Unizik
    ATTENTION: The Office of the SUG PRO wishes to inform all students of Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka that a school calendar been circulated over the social media is fake.

    According to the PRO Comrade Ezenwa Obiora, after due consultation with the university authorities, he was informed that the university HAVE NOT release any academic calendar for the 2013/2014 Academic Session.

    Also the school DID NOT release any calendar for the continuation of the 2012/2013 Academic Session that was disrupted by the ongoing strike by the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU.

    The information further advise students that any authentic academic calendar of the university shall contain all activities including resumption, Matriculation, University Wide Quiz, Revision, date of exams commencement and their closure and end of semester.

    Moreover, The information disclosed that the only authentic information now is the opening of the university gate for lectures starting from Monday 2nd December, 2013 as stated by the Vice Chancellor and announced by UNIZIK FM in compliance to to Federal Government directive.

    As at the time of that publication, of "Nnamdi Azikiwe University FB page, there was NO memo sent to the SUG, USN do not share/publish rumour or unconfirmed reports, Read the header of the post, this post was updated immediately the memo was officially sent, Thanks!
