with the death of Tony Umole. The actor who is popular as 'Daddy', a
character he interpreted well in One Love, and 'General' in Extended
Family both TV serial dramas, was said to have died mysteriously.
His demise was confirmed on Friday, July 5, by Tajudeen Adepetu, the
Executive Producer of One Love.
The details about the cause of his sudden demise were yet to be
ascertained as at the time of filing this report.
Umole acted in Abuja Connection back in 2003, with stars like Eucharia
Anumobi and Enebeli Elebuwa. He also featured in several other movies
after that. He was also known to be a great script writer.
Shockingly, the leadership of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN), is
yet to issue an official statement over the painful demise.
