I have said it severally that majority of Ndi Igbo seldom vote but usually delight in political noise making. It is shocking that despite all their unnecessary praises to our defeated gentle and soft minded president, Igbos still insisted in sustaining their apathy culture.
I also thank the chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Prof. Attahiru Jega for innovating the use of card reader in 2015 voting accreditation because though it wasn't used in some areas, it played a big role in preventing our brothers (Ndi Igbo) from producing their magic millions votes as was witnessed in 2011.

This defeat of President Jonathan will definitely teach the Igbos to be nationalists instead of tribalists.
My friend Phillips Iwu said the following in reaction to President Jonathan's defeat:
The southeast is a political graveyard and is politically irrelevant in the shark-infested waters of Nigeria's politics.
However, there are more politically 'living-dead(s)' in Anambra and Abia state. It is startling and provocative for a normal 'political living' being to know that even Anambra and Abia combined together could not deliver up to 1million votes to their adopted/endorsed candidate and political party.
The southeast is politically irrelevant and unattractive in Nigerian government and politics. I think Political sociologists and Political psychologists have a concern in this area.
What is actually the political psychology of Ndi Igbo? Could this prevalent trend ever be corrected? Do they have any future in Nigeria and who is the mother carrying the golden political child of the easterners nay Political Messiah?
