GHASTLY ACCIDENT AT IFITE INJURES MANY
There has been a ghastly accident, today involving an 18 seater UNIZIK service Bus in front of the St. Anthony Catholic Church, Ifite.
The accident which occurred at about some minutes past the hour of 12 according to an eye witness is not unconnected to brake failure. Although no life was lost, some of the passengers sustained minor bruises and had since been taken to nearby clinic.

Speaking to one of the passengers who spoke on a condition of anonymity, the Bus' brake system failed as soon as the driver climbed the bump close to the church. The driver in a bid to control the bus swerved to the right leading to the bus falling in front of the church
