SUG VICE PRESIDENT,DEPARTMENTAL AND FACULTY VICE PRESIDENTS VISITS FACULTY OF AGRICULTURE

 

The SUG Vice President Comr. Ozems Precious paid a courtesy call to the Faculty of Agriculture yesterday,30th jan,2015 to express her gratitude to them for their support during the election, and also to deliberate on how they will partner with her office so as to have a memorable administration.
  The visit  was Bourne out of her desire to make the students remember that the government is for everybody and therefore there is need to interact with them and make sure that governance is brought to our door step.
  Her Excellency was accompanied to the faculty of Agriculture by different faculty and departmental vice presidents viz a viz Her Excellences The vice presidents of  Faculty of management science, Arts, Engineering,social science, Cem, accountancy and host of others and items ranging from brooms and buckets were distributed by her to help them in keeping unizik clean. in her speech she praised the faculty and departmental presidents of faculty of Agric for their leadership skills, giants strides, invaluable cum outstanding contributions not just to their faculty but also to the student unionism in NAU, furthermore Comr Ozems stated that while she is here to seek their counsel on how to better the union, she would not relent in fulfilling her promise to the students.
    The faculty President of Agric Comr Walter who received the SUG Vice President and her delegation expressed joy, that the SUG Vice President was able to make out time to visit them irrespective of her tight schedule,he further averred that the courtesy call was the first of its kind since the accreditation of their faculty and history in the Student Union Government.
    Reacting to questions by news men, Comr Ozems stated that she is grateful to God and also to the students of Faculty of Agric for their contributions in the running of the student union government and the need to partner and tap from their wealth of Experience.
