Call them hunks and you wouldn’t be far from the truth. The pair of Mike Ezuruonye and Nonso Diobi have dazzled fans with their cute looks and acting prowess which has won them countless female fans. In fact, mention five of the cutest guys in Nollywood, Ezeruonye and Diobi would definitely make the list. The question now is, who is Nollywood’s alpha male? Mike Ezeruonye or Nonso Diobi? Today, movie buffs give their verdict as the two hunks lock horns on Showdown!
Mike Ezuruonye
Light-skinned Mike Ezuruonye made his Nollywood debut in Broken Marriage. But it was Critical Decision that shot him to popularity. Ever since, the accountant-turned actor has not looked back! To date he’s featured in over 80 movies with various awards in the kitty. As a testament to his skills, he received two nominations for Best Actor In A Supporting Role and Best Actor In A Leading Role at the African Movie Academy Awards (AMAA) in 2008 and 2009 respectively. He’s a former Glo Ambassador and has featured in over a dozen commercials.
Nonso Diobi
Dark skinned and blessed with drop dead movie star looks,  Nonso, the last child of a family of five, has bagged a number of awards. He joined Nollywood in 2001 via the cast of Border Line. However, it was after he did his second movie, Hatred, that he shot to the limelight. Like Ezeruonye, he has over 80 movie titles to his credit. Nonso is also credited with being the first Nigerian actor to be signed under New York’s movie making giant’s Jton Productions. In 2008 and 2009 respectively, he won the award for Best Supporting Actor on the platform of Africa Movie Academy Awards (AMAA).
