following a minor misunderstanding between the army and the police in
the state.
The policeman, Abbas Haladu was said to have met the soldiers who
barricaded the entrance leading to the Emir's palace near the
Roundabout at about 7am when they descended on him, beating him
mercilessly.
Haladu's left hand was reportedly broken by the soldiers allegedly led
