One of Nigeria’s most prominent traditional rulers, Ado Abdullahi
Bayero, the Emir of Kano has died. The Emir died early today in Kano
according to family sources.The late Emir was aged 83. He be became the Emir of Kano in 1963 at the age of 33.
The late emir will be buried today in Kano according to Islamic rites.
