IS BRAZIL READY?

Few days to the kick off of the most celebrated sports entertainment in the world. The host country, Brazil seems to be ready to welcome the world to their homeland, the home of football. According to my calculation more than $4 billion has been spent in the building and rehabilitation of the stadia.Do you think they are ready?
