2. Candidates offered admission should proceed to any of the banks on
campus and pay:
a. His/her fee of N44,000 for candidates with one certificates or
N45,000 for those with two certificates.
b. For tertiary health insurance programmes (TISHIP) which is N2500
into the Enterprise bank LTD (Unizik branch) Account name: UNIZIK FEES
ACCOUNT then collect bank receipts/teller.
3. Bring up the tellers (Originals and photocopies) to pre-science
office and collect admission letter.
4. Photocopy the admission letter and bring same for screening
including the following:
a. Original and photocopy of certificate and statements of results from school
b. Original and photocopy of birth certificates
c. Original and photocopy of SSCE testimonial
d. Original and photocopy of teller of payment of fees.
e. Two (2) passports photographs
