receive lectures on how boys deceived girls during xmas period to get
into their pants. Even as young teenagers, we joked about how the
results of all these festive periods, would show up some 9 or 10
months later when they would be a sudden, huge arrival of babies
(funny way to put it.)
So right now, I actually want us to ask ourselves, what is the reason
for christmas? Why do we consider 25th december a very special day?
This is probably one of the biggest festive periods of the year in the
whole world. Even my atheist and muslim friends celebrate this day
(yes atheist!!!). Yes, after the whole celebration, they go back to
dissing religion or taking sides, but christmas must be celebrated.
So to the ladies I ask, is it a period to expect a huge gift from
your boyfriend? To the guys, is it really a period to "plant" seeds?
Let's not forget whose birthday it is. Because thousands of years
back (E don pass two thousand) the saviour was born, so it is not your
birthday!!!!
In the spirit of christmas then, let us share love and remember the
reason for the season (I just love this rhyme eehhh)
Please I think we should do more of sharing bibles, since it is jesus
christ's birthday (winks!!)
Aye for the bible!
