APC IS 'ANGRY POLITICIANS' CONGRESS, I WILL NOT JOIN THEM - SULE LAMIDO

Governor of Jigawa State, Sule Lamido has said that APC is a part of
angry politicians and as one of the founding party members of the
People's Democratic Party, he would not join such a party.
He made this known to a Youth group of APC who came from 19 Northern
states to pay him a visit in Dutse.
The youths led by Engineer Muyahid Zartaus called on the Governor to
dump the PDP and join the APC. Zartaus said Lamido was one of the
progressive governors in the country and had no business with the PDP.
However, Lamido said he would not join the defected Governors to ally
with the APC due to political calculations. He said the APC was a
party founded on anger by the principal members.
He said the PDP was the strongest party in Nigeria, and it would be
better for him to remain in the Party as one of the co-founders.
Meanwhile Alhaji Bamanga Tukur has hailed the decision of Lamido to
stay within the folds of the PDP.
