bodies". You can't over emphasise Friendship, it is love and love is
life. Friendship is a slow ripening fruit, there aren't many things
more important than it.
A Friend is someone who you can talk with about a problem, someone
who is always there when you need a hand, someone you can trust with
your deepest secrets. They're the people who root for you no matter
what. You tell them your deepest secrets and instead of heading for
the door, they stick around and your bond with them grows stronger.
Its like your soul stands naked before them and receives unconditional
acceptance in return.
Precisely! Friendship is about being what someone described as
'balcony people' instead of 'basement people'. Basement people are
those who live in our minds, telling us we'll never amount to
anything, that we are doomed to fail and that we are royal screw ups.
Balcony people on the other hand are those consistently cheering us
on. "Go for it" they say to our attempts and encourage us all the way.
A Friend of mine once said, "Friends are a part of your body you
actually create yourself". A Friend is someone so special, someone so
close, someone who cares about another's weakness and fights for
another's smile. A Friend has a way of being there when you're in need
sometimes when you do feel it isn't necessary. They've got your back
and are not only true to your face, but also behind you.
Yeah, not all people you're friendly to are your Friends, some just
have to pass through your live probably because they have roles to
play or there is one lesson or the other you have to learn from them,
while others (friends) will surely stick around; Friendship isn't
about whom you've know the longest, its about who came and never left
your side. A Friend ignores (overlooks) your broken fence and admires
the flowers in your garden. He/she sees the truth and pain in you even
when you are fooling everyone else... So, define in your own
perspective today "what your Friends represent" and "the kind of
Friend you are".
