It is expedient to state here categorically that in this race, 'ONE'
not two obtains the prize meaning there would be no 'first runner-up' only a winner. Its advisable then that you are adequately prepared psychologically, physically and yes financially too in other to run this race. I want you to know that...
as aspirants you have not attained
the office yet and should avoid carrying yourselves like you have
already. You all should also beware of the 'wolves' in sheep clothings
out there who are out to extort from you without any intention of
contributing productively to your campaign but would yet appear like
they have intentions to do so. Do not go about sharing money envelopes
to people as some would have you do in the name of giving you their
supports or endorsements. However, make sure that you treat people
with respect and recognize any office holder or stake holder
appropriately. Being part of the Union Government is not a do-or-die
affair so you should not be desperate to get in there or folks out
there would take advantage of that. It is important that you are
adequately prepared financially because election campaigns would
require some fundings. Don't just jump out to run for an office you
can't handle. Be adequately sure you are convinced within you to do it
and then go out there into the field and get all the supports you can
by convincing not confusing people. Yes give 'kola' to those it is due
to and appropriately too but don't think you have succeeded in bribing
them by so-doing. Anyone who is convinced about your capabilities and
agenda would give you his or her support even without you giving him
or her 'kola' and those who are not convinced will not give you their
support even after you might have seen them with 'kola'. I would end
this piece of advice by also stating this, Don't try to impress
everyone but try to impress anyone you come in contact with. You are a
product! Goodlucks
