The alleged mother declared she have birth to a tortoise instead of a
human being.
Meanwhile, eyewitnesses say some people saw traces of blood in the
woman's house when they went in to investigate.
The woman is currently being questioned at the police station. The
baby was taken to the local monarch's palace.
OMG, this act is barbaric, inhuman, repugnant to natural justice, equity and good conscience. There are many motherless babies homes in the country and yet she chose to abandon her child in a dump site. God have mercy on us all.
