HOW TO GO ABOUT YOUR ADMISSION CLEARANCE

PAYING YOUR ACCEPTANCE FEE
1. Goto any bank branch on campus of nationwide, pay 16,500, get your
e-tranzact confirmation order.

2 Log-on to my.unizik.edu.ng fill-in required details, submit the
form, print out the photo card.

3. Proceed to admission unit Admin Block B for your physical clearance,

REQUIREMENTS FOR 2013/2014 PHYSICAL CLEARANCE:
1. Admission Status Print Out

2. Online Bio-data E-clearance slip 3 Online JAMB result slip

4. Online WAEC or NECO or NABTEB result printout

5. Baptisimal card or birth certificate

6. Passport Photographs (8 Copies)
