1. Application form should be completed online by logging into,
www.unizik.edu.ng/postgraduate, on payment of 10, 000.00 (ten
thousand naira) in any of the banks within the university, candidates
are advised to obtain information on departmental requirements and
areas of specialization from the...

2. Print a copy of the completed form.
3. Download and print a copy of the transcript form. The form should
be sent to the candidate institution for his/her academic transcripts.
4. Students are to ensure that the transcript form is attached to the
transcript. Failure to do so will result to non-processing of
student's admission.
5. Download and print three copies of the referee report form for your
referees to complete.
PhD candidate are expected to write a proposal of not more than 600
words on their areas of interest and submit alongside with the
application form.
6. Copy of the completed application forms, referee reports, and
claimed certificates, including O'level certificates should be
forwarded to the secretary PG school, Unizik not later than two months
from the date of this publication.
7. Transcript should be forwarded not later than end of September, 2013.
