The selection was based on candidates with a strong academic
background,that has demonstrated within their application a clear and
realistic plan of study as well as the likelihood for tangible
development impacts after the end of their award. Hence, the
commission places equal importance on development impact as in
academic background when accessing their application. Its is worthy to
note, that higher percentage of candidates were women.
