where it elected a new deputy Vice Chancellor Administration. The
Vice-chancellor norminated two professors, Prof. Edmund Egboh, a fmr
Dean faculty of social sci and now director, Chike Okoli center for
entrepreneurial studies and Prof. Greg Nwakoby, a fmr dean Faculty of
Law and now director academic planning.
In his remarks, Prof. Ehboh thanked the Vice-chancellor for the
confidence reposed in him but opined that he did not want to contest
against his friend Prof. Nwakoby who he described as a good and
hardworking man, he therefore stepped down for Prof. Greg Nwakoby who
was then unanimously approved by the senate as a deputy Vice
Chancellor Administration.
A standing ovation was given to Prof. Edmund Egboh for his uncommon
