The Vice Chancellor of Nnamdi Azikiwe University Professor Joseph E. Ahaneku FAS stated that there will be convocation ceremonies this year in the university. He stated this while answering questions from the Directorate of Information and Public Relations, Office of the Vice Chancellor.
The VC stated; "Yes, there will be convocation ceremonies towards the end of the year. Preparations is already on with the constitution of all relevant committees, gathering data, compiling and computing results. Efforts are on ground to put all necessary instruments and documentation needed on ground. The convocation committee will soon be inaugurated. I believe convocation should be an annual event like matriculation..."
Finally we'll see how it's done in UNIZIK.... Mr VC sir, pls give me a slot in that committee..(winks)
