The Federal Government on Tuesday said that contrary to fears being
expressed in some quarters about country’s mounting debts, the economy
was not in any way threatened by the development.

the pupils were already asleep. During the encounter, they were said to
have set locked hostels on fire, before shooting and slitting the
throats of those who tried to climb out of the windows while some were
said to have been burnt alive in which 40 houses, hostels, classrooms
and staff quarters were razed down.
