.MY MAN OLAMIDE IS DA MTV BASE ARTIST OF THE MONTH

Rap hotshot, Olamide, has been declared MTV Base’s ‘Artist of the Month’ of March. This follows his recent participation, as a co-host, on MTV Base’ weekly music chart, Official Naija Top Ten alongside MTV’s video jockey, Ehiz.

As a reward for this feat, he will be featured on the channel throughout the month of March. Moreover, his music video titled, ‘Turn Up’, has been placed on high rotation by the music channel.

This is what a ‘joyous’ Olamide had to say: “I’m so excited that MTV Base has decided to celebrate my work. It’s a big privilege to be honoured by a huge platform like MTV and it can only get better.”

He would also have programmes ‘centred’ on him aired all through the month of March, on Thursdays at 7pm.
