NEWLY CONSTRUCTED MASS. COMM. FLOOR QUAKES

Bad construction I'll say, or is it erosion or the rains? Any
environmental scientist here? teach us...?

    The cause of the present deformity is due to the lack of what Builders call Buildability and Maintainability Analysis before the construction of the pavement. Even after the construction, steady maintenance should ve bin employed since d soil composition of the site is unknown. And believe me, low mixture of mortar was used for the compacting of the pavements.....Its highly recommended by Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria (CORBON) and Nigerian Institute of Building (NIOB) to always involve a Professional and Registered Builder during construction works.
