UNIVERSITY HOSTEL COMPLETES HER WEEK WITH A MARATHON CONTEST, FEMALE WINNERS

In unizik hostel week which ended yesterday, a marathon race was held.

Seven(7) Girls contested and only five(5) finished the race in the
marathon. It kicked off by 6.55am

The female contestants ran round unizik once

The first position finished 7.18 am and the second position finish
7.21am and third position finish 7.22.

1st position:
Name: Okoye chinecherem
Dept: Industrial Chemistry
Level: 400L
I'm happy, I got tired at science village, I'm happy I won.

2nd Position:
Name: Kelechi Agba
Hostel: Stella Okoli
It was not easy, I'm happy I did it for my block, I got tired at
Emelada hostel, I thank God all the same.

3rd Position:
Name: Ekelona Adimchi
Hostel: Stella Okoli
I'm happy to be in the race, I wanted to do the 100m race but we where
told it will no longer hold, so I had to join in the marathon, I'm
happy 2b third because I didn't plan for it.
