Oooopsss! WHAT DO YOU CALL THIS?

Came across this boy early yesterday morning on my way to school and
it made me remember my primary school days. LOL... Everyone of u
experienced this in ur primary or secondary school days including
myself. My days in primary we call it 'anya efi'meaning 'eyes of a
cow' and 'anya pussu' meaning 'eyes of a cat'. So what do u call this?
