ATIKU'S SON SETS NEW RECORD IN BRIDE PRICE PAYMENT

Politicians from the six geo-political zones of Nigeria and several

wedding between Mohammed Atiku Abubakar, son of former Vice-President
Atiku Abubakar, and mallama Badariya Mu'azu, daughter of veteran
broadcaster and former Bauchi State Governor Ahmed Adamu Mu'azu.
Mohammed set a new record in bride price payment in Nigeria by paying
N1 million cash and a brand new luxury car as dowry for his wife
during the wedding fatiha.
Jigawa State governor, Sule Lamido, and Isa Yuguda, Bauchi State
governor are acting as representatives of both families (respectively)
in line with Islamic rites.
Meanwhile, the wedding dinner is to take place tonight at the ThisDay
Dome in Abuja, and the attendees are expected to be notable
politicians, government officials, military chiefs, and personalities
of big businesses.
