existence of some con men who sue charms to beguile unsuspecting
students especially females, and extort various sums of money from
them and in some cases enter into sexual liaisons with them without
their consent, due to d hypnotizing influence of the spell cast on
them with d charm. Nemesis caught up with one of such men lately when
d security dept. arrested him and handed him over to d police.
The entire University community is hereby warned to beware of dealings
with such persons of questionable character and origin. Be InformeD+
