I cant locate any post of d registration, i searched everywhere in skul & i cant locate where they'r doin it, so pls give me one of dia anchor point.
ReplyDeleteI think there is no need for this since there is a National Identity Card that shows full details of each bearer. Governor Peter Obi should do something meaningful instead of scoring cheap political points.
